Job Title: Senior Engineer – Real Estate – Residential Projects
Job Type: Full Time
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our team and work on residential projects within the real estate industry. As a Senior Engineer, ensure managing site execution, structural planning, quality control for residential, commercial projects, will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of the project, ensuring that all engineering tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Job Requirements
Education Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Master’s or Construction Management is a plus)
Experience: 8/10+ years in real estate development or large-scale building construction. Proven experience working on residential projects within the real estate industry
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, structural software, and project tracking methodologies (such as Mivan shuttering or ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and regulations,
Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Execution: Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop project plans and timelines, Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications
Site Execution: Supervise daily construction activities, structural work, and high-rise/RCC execution milestones.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulation.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project team members
Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and premium finish standards.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
Vendor & Cost Coordination: Review contractor bills, track material procurement, and manage resource allocation.
Team Leadership: Guide junior site engineers and coordinate plans with architects and external consultants.
Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates on project status
