Education Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 10 – 12 years Interior fitouts projects co-ordination, Experience in construction, real estate, or related MEP services is valuable.
Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, coordination, project management. Good Presentation skills – Preparation of presentation, Preparation of schedule both C&I + MEP on MSP, Preparation and submission of Pre-qualification Documents, Tender Documentation
The MEP Engineer in the real estate industry is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems of real estate projects.
Core Responsibilities (Site/Execution Focused)
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, fire safety systems for large projects, focusing on site execution, vendor coordination, quality control, and documentation (drawings, BOQs), working closely with contractors on luxury residential/commercial builds, ensuring compliance, and troubleshooting systems from design to handover, a role needing strong project management and technical skills.
- Ensuring that MEP systems are integrated effectively within the architectural design, meet regulatory standards, and are completed on time and within budget, need to coordinate MEP Engineer collaborates closely with other engineering disciplines, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of building projects
- MEP Coordination: Oversee mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting), electrical, and plumbing works on-site.
- Site Management: Supervise daily work, manage resources (tools, materials), set targets, and monitor workforce productivity.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure installations meet project standards, safety plans, and quality assurance protocols.
- Vendor & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely material delivery and technical resolution.
- Planning: Short-term planning, scheduling, identifying delays, and arranging inspections/testing.

- Luxury & High-End Projects: Often involved in large-scale residential or commercial developments.
- MEP Design Review: Reviewing designs, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and technical specifications.
- System Expertise: Managing HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing systems for buildings.
